Dear Colleagues,
On behalf of the Scientific Network on Female Sexual Health and Cancer, we are pleased to invite you to attend our 2021 Virtual Scientific Session, which will be held on April 9, 2021, from 12:00pm – 3:00pm EST.
While we at the Scientific Network on Female Sexual Health and Cancer, or “the Network,” are hoping for an in-person conference as soon as it can be done safely, there is an urgent need to keep moving the field of women’s sexual health after cancer forward. With that in mind, we hope that this virtual format will allow as many colleagues as possible to attend – perhaps even more than an in-person conference!
The program will be as exciting and informative as you have come to expect from the Network. We are excited to showcase Dr. Areej El-Jawahri, from Massachusetts General Hospital, in our keynote address. She will be discussing innovative efforts to integrate patient-centered sexual function interventions into the care of hematopoietic stem cell transplant recipients. You won’t want to miss the special session focusing on the measurement of sexual function for women with cancer with applications to both research and clinical practice. And you will hear about the latest science in our field through oral and poster presentations.
In short, whether you are a clinician, researcher, or advocate working in the field of women’s sexual health after cancer, or if you just have an interest in this issue, we hope you will join us for this exciting event!
See you online!
Sincerely,
Jennifer Barsky Reese, PhD
